Please rewrite the following git output into a short summary. My goal in the work was to refactor and ensure a consistent numbering scheme for Untitlted threads. deleted: src/app/api/inference/create_session/route.ts deleted: src/app/lib/utils/fake_thread_titles.ts renamed: src/app/server/init_thread.ts -> src/app/server/db/chat_session_db.ts renamed: src/app/server/get_thread_id.ts -> src/app/server/inference_service_apis.tsIn this work, I refactored the codebase and ensured a consistent numbering scheme for "Untitled" threads. Specifically, I deleted two files: route.ts from the inference create session API and fake_thread_titles.ts from utilities. Additionally, I renamed init_thread.ts to chat_session_db.ts and get_thread_id.ts to inference_service_apis.ts to better reflect their functionalities and to tidy up the server directory.
